Tirzepatide

Tirzepatide is a once-weekly injectable used to treat type 2 diabetes, chronic weight management, and moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in adults with obesity. It is a dual agonist for glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) and glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptors, making it unique compared to semaglutide, which is a GLP-1 receptor agonist only.
